Since 1997 we are developing and producing injection systems, injection aids and products for the medical industry. We cover with our safety syringes, disposable injectors, mechanical and electrical autoinjectors for self-injection, each with and without connectivity, the entire product range for syringes, cartridges and dual-chamber cartridges.

Injector for dual-chamber cartridges

Mechanical Infusion Pump

  • Infusion pump with a new developed mechanic for the administration of a defined medicament amount with adjustable infusion speed
  • Automated de-airing of the syringe and the infuison line

Infusion procedure

  • Insert the filled syringe with the infusion line and de-airing cap
  • Automated de-airing of the syringe and infusion line by closing the cover
  • Removal of the de-airing cap
  • Connect the infusion line to the intravenous access
  • Adjust the infusion speed and duration of infusion
  • Start the infusion

Electromechanical Injector

  • Development of an electromechanical autoinjector for a 1.1ml dual-chamber cartridge or a 2.25ml syringe with 4- or 5-step technology (mixing, insertion, injection, dwell time, withdrawal)
  • Adjustable insertion depth and injection speed
  • Connectivity for therapy monitoring
  • The autoinjector is ideally suited for self-injection with therapy monitoring
  • The needle is fully covered before and after the injection
