To find the right job, you need practical experience. We offer student internships as part of school (BORS or BOGY) or on a voluntary basis during the holidays. If you are interested in a technical apprenticeship, you can spend a week in our training workshop gaining an insight into the following professions:
By familiarising yourself with the various departments, you can gain an impression of our company and all the training opportunities. You will get to know trainees from the various departments and make interesting contacts.
This also applies to your training: we see it as our task as an employer to provide you with individual development opportunities. The high level of motivation and many years of service of our employees confirm that we will continue to pursue this path.
Skilled workers have excellent career prospects with us. They will remain an integral part of our toolmaking, special machine construction and production departments in the future. Because we train our own junior staff, there are excellent prospects of permanent employment after successfully completing their training.
An exciting training period awaits you in our well-equipped training workshop. Right from the start, you will work with modern machines and be supervised by an experienced training supervisor. All trainees start by learning their basic skills in the training workshop. They then move on to the specialised departments, where they receive further training from departmental supervisors. With us, you will always find a helping hand and a sympathetic ear, as well as support in solving problems.
Choose from a wide range of training opportunities. What appeals to you the most? Where do you see your strengths? A prerequisite for an application is a good secondary school leaving certificate. Ideally, you should have some experience in your chosen profession, e.g. through an internship.
