IMPLEMENTING IDEAS BOLDLY AND RELIABLY

Innovations are not created by knowledge and machines alone. At H&B, we meet the challenges of transformation with courage, determination and a wealth of ideas: it is the combination of technology and human strengths that transforms an idea into ground-breaking success.

TOP-QUALIFIED AND LIKEABLY DOWN-TO-EARTH

Located in the centre of the Stuttgart metropolitan region, we combine global thinking and action with Swabian down-to-earthness and cordiality in an area of 13,500 square metres with around 300 employees. We attach great importance to a lively community, respectful interaction with one another and fair cooperation – within the team, with customers, suppliers and business partners.

Connect.
Improve.
Lead the way.

Connect

We create connections between people and technology, companies and regions, progress and responsibility. Networks and co-operations fuel our joint success.

We combine ideas with state-of-the-art injection moulding technology to create high-quality, hybrid components. But connection means more to us: we build close partnerships with customers, suppliers and business partners and together lay the foundations for sustainable success. Every step – from the initial idea to the finished product – is inextricably linked to our high quality standards. We also take responsibility by linking our company with the region and our technologies with environmentally conscious behaviour. Last but not least, we maintain strong relationships with our employees, promote their development and create a trusting working environment.

Improve

We improve processes and products in order to be able to offer the highest quality at all levels with resource-conserving management, modern working environments and responsibility for people and the environment.

For us, improvement means optimising products with the highest precision, long-lasting quality and well thought-out details. By sharing knowledge, we create added value – for our customers, who benefit from flawless products and more orders, as well as for our employees, who can develop professionally and personally in a modern working environment. We are driven by our commitment to quality: We optimise processes and standards through continuous review and innovative ideas. At the same time, we take responsibility by being mindful of our resources, actively contributing to climate protection and sustainably improving the situation for people and the environment.

Lead the way

We lead the way with a spirit of innovation, the latest technologies and a passion for mastering complex challenges. Our aim is to set standards and help shape the future as a role model for entrepreneurship, quality and corporate culture.

For us, leading the way means always thinking one step ahead. As inventors and technology enthusiasts, we are passionate about developing complex products and implementing the latest technology. Our knowledge makes us the first point of contact for our customers – we create a head start and grow together with them in order to lead the market. We aspire to the highest quality, exceptional solutions and innovative strength. In doing so, we bear responsibility: as a role model for sustainable entrepreneurship and for the community. Our unique corporate culture promotes this approach – together with our employees, we boldly forge ahead.
